My trainer always tells me to focus on abs and lower back. So I'll share some of my my favorite abdominal exercises and lower back exercises.
10. Lower back extension on the slant board. I feel this one in the calfs, thighs, butt, and back.
9. Crunches on the floor.
8. Back Extensions on the ball.
7. Back Extensions on the Machine.
6. Crunches on the Ball.
5. Crunches on the Bosu ball. My trainer loves the Bosu.
4. Lower Back Extensions on the bosu ball.
3. Side Crunches on the Bosu
2. Planks on the Bosu
1. Lower Ab Knee Raises. My lower abs are the worst, so I do these almost every workout.
