Abdominal Flattening Exercises and Stomach Flattening Exercises
Here are some of the hardest abdominal exercises I have done.
1. Incline Sit Ups- you need a sit up bench that inclines, and the higher you put up the incline the harder it is.
2. Incline Russian Twists- while on the incline sit up bench get a plate or a medicine ball and do Russian Twists.
3. Hanging Leg Raises- if you can't hold yourself up, you can use ab straps.
4. Weighted Planks- you need a partner to place a plate on your back to make the plank much harder.
5. Jack Knife- lie on your back and sit up and touch your toes.
6. Cable Crunches- kneeling with a rope
7. Ball piques- put your feet on a ball from the push up position and raise your butt in the air.
8. Weighted Side Bends on a slant board.
9. Hip Thrusts- While lying on your back try to get your legs to touch the ceiling.
10. Medicine Ball Sit ups- for this one you need a partner to throw you a medicine ball but you basically do sit ups and throw a medicine ball each time.
