= Normal Plank - You feel the tension and start to burn after 30 seconds.

= Oblique Plank - As above

= Hanging knee raises - Done properly they feel fantastic and you really feel the contractions

= Pulse crunches - set of 5 standard sit ups followed by 10 pulses

= Supported knee raise - similar to hanging knee raise but your weight is partially supported so you can stay in position longer

= Reverse leg raise - you can feel the concentration on your stomach

= The crunch - you can feel the concentration on your stomach

= Weighted pull down - fantastic for high intensity reps

= Medicine ball oblique twists - really feel the exercise after a small amount of reps

= Bicycles - hard work and have to be kept up for a while but a really effective ab exercise

Obviously, I don't do all these every session, but I choose a mixture of 4 exercises and change them all the time to keep things interesting.
