In this workout video, I will teach you 8 core exercises that you can do on the floor with no equipment.
4 of the exercises emphasize the abdominals, 2 emphasize the lower back, 1 emphasizes the lower back and glutes, and 1 emphasizes the lower back and shoulders.
There is no choreography or fancy movements to remember. The workout is taught in circuit style (1-8). The first time through I will tell you about the exercise, show you a few repetitions, and then do a complete set with you. Then, the second time around I will lead you through a circuit workout with little to no rest between exercises.
Once you know the exercises you can skip the instructional circuit portion of the video and begin with the workout circuit.
