As an amateur marathoner, it's not my purpose to make my muscles big. Instead, I need to lose weight to run steady and faster.

I have not enough time to go to a GYM, because I have to go out to run almost every day.
So I prefer to ab exercises which can be done in my home.

I'm doing Crunch and Reverse Crunch and Dumbbell Side Bends whenever I have some free time.
