Easy Ab Exercises

Here are some easy ab exercises that I do at the gym or at my house.

1. Crunches on the Floor

2. Oblique Crunches with one Leg Crossed Over

3. Side Crunches with the Legs Turned to the Side

4. Crunches with the Legs in the Air

5. Reverse Crunches

6. The Plank holding for 10-30 seconds

7. Side Plank holding for 10-30 seconds

8. Standing Side Bends with no weights

9. Standing Twist with a stick

10. Deep breathing exercises

I think these are all easy ab exercises. I don't do them all at the same time. It just depends on my motivation.
