My Top 10 Ab Exercises

1. Kneeling Cable Pull downs (2 hand rope)

2. Kneeling Cable Pull downs (Rope, one arm at a time)

3. Kneeling Cable Pull downs (2 hand rope, crossover left & right)

I haven't found a better ab exercise than these (my opinion)

4. Knee raises

5. Single leg weighted Knee raises

6. Planks

7. Decline weighted crunches

8. Crunch/ knee lift combo

9. Side Crunches

10. Twists (with a broom handle)

The first 3 seem to cover the bulk of everything, and give me a great result - the rest cover every other part and finish me off (to the point of not being able to move).
