simple stomach exercises

I'm not it the best shape, so I usually stick with the easy stomach exercises. I actually do a lot of them at home when I'm watching TV.
10. Regular Crunches- I usually do 20-25 at a time.
9. Oblique Crunches- After the regular crunches I do oblique crunches. I cross one ankle over my knee and do 20-25 on each side.
8. Reverse Crunches- After the oblique crunches, I do 20-25 reverse crunches
Those are my 3 stand by stomach exercises, so they are the ones I do the most. Here are some others that I do from time to time.
7. Side Crunches
6. Bicycle Crunches- When I'm motivated.
5. Plank
4. Side Plank- These are tough.
3. Toe Touch Crunches with my feet in the air.
2. Seated Twists
1. Leg lifts- These are the hardest exercise for me.
