Simple Stomach Exercises

I try to keep my workout simple. I see all the crazy pictures in shape, but I don't think I can do some of the hard exercises.

Here's what I choose from when I workout.

1. Crunches

2. Side Crunches with my knees to the sides.

3. Side Crunches with my legs crossed.

4. Crunches with my legs in the air.

5. Knee Raises

6. Leg Raises

7. Crunches on the Ball

8. Side crunches on the ball.

9. Bicycle Crunches

10. The Plank. I don't do this one that much. I mostly stick with some type of crunches.
