Here are my Top Ab Exercises.
10. Bicycle Crunches. I do these almost all of the time.
9. Swiss Ball Passes. This ab exercise is done by lying on your back. Pass the ball from your hands to your feet and keep switching.
8. Swiss Ball Knee Ins. From a push up position, put your feet on the ball and bring your knees into your chest.
7. Side Bends with dumbbells. Grab a pretty heavy dumbbell and lower to the side. I usually do one side at a time instead of holding two dumbbells.
6. Incline Sit Ups. When I'm really motivated at the gym, I try to do 100 incline sit ups. It usually takes me 3-4 sets to get to 100 reps.
5. Cable Twists.
4. Medicine Ball Twists. I usually do these with my feet up, but you can do them with your feet on the floor.
3. Leg Throws. You need a partner for these, and you have to make sure to keep good form.
2. Stability Ball Planks. Elbows on the ball.
1. Hanging Leg Raises. I really feel these in my abs.
