Top Core Exercises
I like tons of plank exercises to work my core.
10. Regular plank.
9. Reverse Plank. I don't do this one that much.
8. Plank with the elbows on the ball.
7. Plank with the feet on the ball and the hands on the floor.
6. 1 leg plank.
5. Side Plank from the elbow, and lower the and raise the hips.
4. Side plank with the elbow on a half ball, moving the hips up and down.
3. Weight planks. You need to have a partner put a weight on your back.
2. 1 arm planks.
1. 1 leg and opposite elbow planks.
I switch up which ones I do based on how I'm feeling, and I do throw in some other core exercises also, like medicine ball exercises and functional exercises.
