I was going to purchase the ab rocket on TV but it was very costly.

Total cost was about 140.00.

I was able to purchase the ab rocket at online Walmart for $45 less.

Great deal.

It works but you must stay devoted to your workout and put the ab rocket to work.

I use it every other day and so far have loss 20 lbs. The massage for the rollers, well?????
