I paid about 120$ for my ab rocket and I think it was really worth it.

You get a good workout but you need to know how to use it properly, I suggest watching the Ab rocket DVD workouts before doing it on your own.

It is very comfortable supports your back, head and neck, and comfortable seat.

I like how it has different Resistance Bungee's that you can attach

Somewhat but it all depends on the person, how much you used it, and if you use it properly. At all times you need to keep you abs squeezed.

Customer service was good.
