Incline oblique crunches are one of the best abdominal flattening exercises.
But remember that in addition to stomach flattening exercises, you need an overall fitness program and healthy eating habits to get a really flat stomach.

Oblique Exercises: Incline Oblique Crunches
Starting Position: Find an incline ab bench or set the incline on an adjustable ab bench. Secure your feet in the ab bench and place your hands behind your head.
Form: Exhale and crunch your body upwards. As you crunch twist your body towards one side. Hold for a brief second and then untwist as you lower to the starting position.
Personal Trainer Tips: By doing crunches on an incline, you increase the muscle work by increasing the challenge against gravity.
This exercise like other forms of crunches has a smaller range of motion. Move in a slow and controlled manner to get the most out of this exercise, and focus on lifting the shoulder blades off the board.
When doing crunches the hips should stay stationary. When doing sit ups the hips move, so focus on keeping the hips stationary for this exercise.
Perform 5-15 repetitions on each side.
If this oblique exercise becomes easy, you can progress to full incline oblique sit ups.
Remember that even the best abdominal flattening exercises by themselves won't get rid of stomach fat or give you a 6 pack. If you want to lose stomach fat you must take a comprehensive approach to fitness and health.
