Best Ab Workout Ever...For the Average Person

After I had my son I was still 30lbs heavier than I had ever been before in my life so I started working out doing things like jogging a mile and leg workouts, but my stomach still looked gross so I developed my own ab workout and it has worked great!

At first do what you are capable of doing, I started with:
10 sit ups
jog for 5 min
20 crunches
jog for 5 min
15 sit ups
10 crunches
and soon I was able to add more and more reps as time went on but you have to be devoted and stay consistant.
