If you're looking for some seriously hard core exercises for your core workouts, pick out some from the videos below.
The guy in these videos is ridiculously strong, and the average person will not be able to perform most of these core exercises. In truth, many of these exercises border on acrobatics and gymnastics. There is a place in fitness for gymnastics and acrobatics, but don't be frustrated if you can't do these exercises.
He is very creative, and you may get some new ideas for your workouts.
I will say this before you watch the videos... every exercise has benefits and risks. The more challenging the exercise; the higher the risk of injury. Read my page on finding the best abdominal and core exercises for your workouts.
