What's Your Favorite Ab Exercise?

Everyone has a favorite ab exercise.

It could be an easy ab exercise or it could be a really difficult exercise.

Some people prefer to use ab machines and some people just like to get down on the floor.

Some people like doing leg lifts and others like doing crunches on a ball.

Some people like twisting motions and some people prefer moving straight forward.

Variety is the spice of life!

My Favorite Abdominal Exercise

I happen to like tons of exercises because each exercise offers something different.

But if I had to choose just 1 exercise, I would choose bicycle crunches as my favorite abdominal exercise.

I really like bicycle crunches because they give me a deep burn in my ab muscles, and being a former sprinter it reminds me of the running motion (opposite hand and leg).

I also like them because you don't need any equipment, and when I'm in the gym I can do them on a bench in between other exercises.

Bicycle crunches work the entire abdominal region, and they really build strength. I recommend them and teach them to nearly everyone I work with.

Bicycle Crunches are the Awesome!

But, that's just my opinion.

I know that there are tons of other great exercises, and truthfully my favorite depends on my mood and focus during the month.

Everyone is unique, and I'm curious to find out your favorite exercise and why.

I used to do 300 full sit-ups a day.

I would get just a little burn in my workout, but no improvement. So i bumped it up to 500, then 600, but still ...
