This is a compilation of different ab exercises. Ok so this is how you start it:1. Side plank for a 1min (each side. 2 mins in total)2. 150 crunches3. Plank for 1 min4. 150 reverse crunches5. Plank for 1 min6. 150 crossover crunches7. 150 oblique crunches (each side. 300 in total)8. Side plank for 1min (each side. 2 mins in total)And that's all there is to it. simple but very tiring. do this every other day or so, and you should be on your way to shredded abs!!!
