I haven't been working out lately, but i still have these!

This is a compilation of different ab exercises.
Ok so this is how you start it:

1. Side plank for a 1min (each side. 2 mins in total)

2. 150 crunches

3. Plank for 1 min

4. 150 reverse crunches

5. Plank for 1 min

6. 150 crossover crunches

7. 150 oblique crunches (each side. 300 in total)

8. Side plank for 1min (each side. 2 mins in total)

And that's all there is to it. simple but very tiring. do this every other day or so, and you should be on your way to shredded abs!!! I hope this helps.
