1. Plank Repeats : plank for 90 seconds/ rest for 30 seconds : repeat 3 times

2. Side Plank repeats : plank for 90 seconds/ rest for 30 seconds : repeat 3 times : change sides

3. Bicycle crunches

4. Slow 4 up 2 down crunches

5. Feet raised crunches

6. Side oblique: Place your ankle on your knee and crunch your shoulder towards the opposite knee.

7. Squats! Done correctly always engage the abs

8. Reverse crunch

9. Fit ball crunch

10. Superman plank
