Ab Exercises for me

10. Ab machine in gym--good but I do not think it works that well for me

9. Toe Touches--easy to do, but not as effective as other exercises

8. Stability ball--hard to stay stabilized on ball

7. Stability ball with weights behind head--harder than just regular stability ball workout

6. Plank--very hard, but effective

5. Push up with T rotation--I cannot do too many of these yet

4. Incline sit ups--I do 3 sets of about 20

3. Crunches with alternating knee to elbow--I do these when I really want to work the abs...very hard for me

2. Leg lifts--I like to do these because they work lower abs

1. Crunches--I do lots of these to get started, then add some other exercise to give more of a workout

I am 53 years old, so I cannot do as much as when I was younger.
