Hanging Ab Straps
Hanging Ab Straps can be used to help you do hanging knee raises and hanging leg raises.
Hanging Leg Raises are a great lower abdominal exercise, but many people have a hard time supporting their bodyweight long enough to complete an entire set of leg raises.
The straps can be used to take pressure off your hands so that your grip strength doesn't limit the exercise.
Regular Hanging Leg Raises
If you're not strong enough to hold yourself up for an entire set then hanging straps can help you to focus on your abdominal muscles while doing hanging leg raises.
If you don't have a bar to hang from you can still do other variations of leg raises.
You can lie on the floor to do leg raises or use a bench or roman chair.
