1. Crunches - easy to do and a great start

2. Bicycle crunches - great for the lower abs

3. Double leg raises - for a bit of a challenge

4. Plank core exercise - just a bit longer every day

5. Oblique crunches - hey!! I do have a waist!

6. Pelvic raises - work those glutes as well

7. Reverse crunches - lower ab workout

8. Swiss ball crunches - for lighter days

9. Swiss ball obliques crunches - as above

10. Swiss ball plank - harder than it looks!!
